Resizing Using the Thumbwheel
When it comes to editing your designs, there's often a need to swiftly adjust the width or size of various elements. In DEX, you can achieve this effortlessly using the middle thumbwheel on your mouse. This video demonstrates how you can change track widths, via diameters, and pad sizes in your PCB design.

Using the Router Panel When PCB Routing
When designing the PCB, it is vital that you know where the electrical connections are and to which footprint pads they are connected to. At the same time, it is also very useful to see statistics about each individual PCB net. This is where DEX Router panel comes to your rescue.
This tutorial video will demonstrate the usefulness of the router panel. To get started, here is the sample Arduino project that comes with DEX.

Finding Symbols and Footprint in Your Design Using the Navigator Panel
In complex designs, navigating and locating components within schematics and PCB layouts can be challenging. DEX provides a powerful feature to simplify this process: the Navigator Panel. In this tutorial, I'll demonstrate how to effectively utilize the Navigator Panel to find your symbols in schematics and the corresponding footprints on the PCB.

Checking Your Schematics with the Checklist Panel
After you have completed the design of your schematic, you must, absolutely must, check it. There is a saying among joiners “measure twice, cut once.” Mistakes in your design at this stage are far easier and cheaper to correct than design mistakes detected when you receive your first prototype boards.
DEX has several powerful utilities that help you check your design and make sure it is okay for manufacture.

Creating a New Parametric Part
This tutorial video shows you how to create parametric parts. The parametric part is a part that is automatically created from a number of parameters these parameters can be the size and shape of the pads, the pitch between the pads, the number pads, the size of the parts body, the color of the body of the part, a texture that can be optionally applied to the body of the part, and so the list goes on. Using parametric parts allows you to create an infinite variety of parts based on a generic template. Examples of generic templates are SOIC devices, axial and radial devices. Small outline transistors, LEDs, sockets and many other different types.

Adding and Editing Arcs in Schematics
In this tutorial video I am going to show how to add arcs visually using the mouse and the viewport.
I will also show you how to edit lines using either the mouse or by numerical entry.
Finally I will show you how to edit many of the properties of an arc using the arcs property panel.

Adding Graphical Lines
This video shows you how to quickly add lines to schematics in DEX.
It shows how you can add lines by defining the start and end points using the cursor or defining the starting points by entering numerical values using the keyboard.
